STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General

These terms and conditions govern all sales of products ("Products") under the "Door No. 8" brand by Arish Foods ("Seller") to the customer ("Buyer"). These terms supersede any Buyer-provided terms unless expressly agreed to in writing by Seller.

2. Pricing

Prices are as specified by Seller and exclude taxes, duties, or other levies, payable by Buyer unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

Full payment is due as specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at Seller’s specified rate.

4. Delivery

Seller will strive to meet delivery schedules, but is not liable for delays beyond its control.

5. Acceptance

Products are deemed accepted by Buyer unless written claims are made upon receipt.

6. Returns

Returns are only accepted at Seller's discretion, possibly with a restocking fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seller is not liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with Seller. Buyer must not infringe these rights.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Seller's principal business location.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be arbitrated in Seller's principal business location.

Buyer may not assign or delegate this document's rights and obligations without Seller's written consent.

Door No. 8 by Arish Foods reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

All contractual relations are governed by the Law of Arbitration of Pakistan.
